Propuesta de mejora de la satisfacción del huésped extranjero en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara

Resumen

La importancia del turismo en la economía, fue la principal consideración para la realización de este estudio, que se centra en la evaluación de percepción de huéspedes extranjeros,  en hoteles de 4, 5 estrellas y Gran Turismo, dentro de la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara, analizando  las variables de Instalaciones del hotel, Calidad en los alimentos, Servicio al cliente y Precio,  para determinar su grado de influencia  en su satisfacción. Para conseguir el objetivo se aplicó un cuestionario considerando las cuatro variables, con 42 ítems, a una muestra de 290 usuarios del servicio, durante el segundo semestre de 2011 y el primer trimestre de 2012.
