EFECTO DE LA INCERTIDUMBRE EN UN PROCESO DE CAMBIO ORGANIZACIONAL EN EMPRESAS COMERCIALES DE LA ZMG

Resumen


Este trabajo estudia el efecto de la incertidumbre en un proceso de cambio organizacional. Dado que la Incertidumbre es un factor que afecta significativamente en un proceso de cambio de cultura organizacional. Esta investigación busca identificar los factores que intervienen en la implantación de un cambio organizacional en empresas comerciales ubicadas en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara (ZMG). Los resultados de esta investigación pueden ser de utilidad para comprender mejor un proceso de cambio organizacional. Como parte de esta investigación se aplicó un cuestionario a 78 personas, que forman parte de 78 distintas micro (19), pequeñas (28) y medianas (31) empresas comerciales; ubicadas en la ZMG, cuyas organizaciones pasaron por un proceso de cambio organizacional.
