Impacto de la innovación y la calidad del servicio en la competitividad de las empresas: Industria restaurantera de Finlandia

Resumen

La nueva cultura en la industria restaurantera comenzó a desarrollarse en el siglo XIX en Finlandia. Esta se desarrolló de tal manera que inició desde Turku hasta Helsinki en donde este último se convirtió en la actual capital de Finlandia. El período de desarrollo realmente comenzó a finales del siglo XIX justo entonces fue que la industria experimentó el crecimiento y la difusión de los restaurantes. Detrás de estas restricciones se encontraba el movimiento de templanza que emergía fuertemente en Finlandia, la innovación y la calidad en el servicio. Como efecto del fenómeno en la industria restaurantera se consideró realizar un modelo de regresión lineal a propósito de identificar los niveles de correlación que entre las 4 variables que se contemplan.
