El conocimiento tácito y la competitividad: la fuerza invisible en las universidades mexicanas

Abstract

El análisis presentado en este documento revisa de primera mano cómo el conocimiento tácito fortalece la ventaja competitiva en las universidades mexicanas, especialmente en la Red Universitaria de Jalisco de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Para ello se aplicó un cuestionario a 210 profesores en la que se evaluaron tres dimensiones: Valores y Creencias Organizacionales, Colaboración y Sabiduría Organizacional, y Habilidades Técnicas.

La investigación propone que gestionar de forma efectiva este activo intangible no solo mejora el capital intelectual, sino que también impulsa la innovación, la toma de decisiones y la capacidad de adaptación de las instituciones de educación superior. Así, el conocimiento tácito se revela como una fuerza invisible pero decisiva en la construcción de universidades más competitivas y sostenibles.
