La propiedad familiar en el gobierno corporativo y su relación con la generación de competencias centrales en el recurso humano

Resumen

En el presente trabajo se analiza la relación de la propiedad familiar del gobierno corporativo en la generación de una actitud steward (de servicio) del directos general y está última sí tiene alguna relación con el desarrollo de competencias centrales en el recurso humano y su desempeño financiero en el contexto de México y Colombia. Para ello, se analizará la teoría de stewardship. Los hallazgos son que la propiedad familiar no tiene relación con la generación de una actitud steward del director general, pero está actitud si tiene una relación positiva y significante en el desarrollo de competencias centrales del recurso humano y según los datos obtenidos genera un mejor desempeño financiero.
