La resiliencia organizacional a través de la inteligencia colectiva y la ambidestreza organizacional en Empresa Farmacéutica Transnacional.

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo consiste en realizar el marco teórico sobre la emergencia de la resiliencia, la inteligencia colectiva y la ambidestreza en las organizaciones a través de sus interdependencias. Estos fenómenos en la realidad no pueden ser explicados a través del modelo de relaciones claras de causa-efecto al ser considerados como fenómenos sociales complejos, es decir, no es posible reducir su estudio individualmente, sino que se estudiarán en su complejidad. Bajo este contexto, este trabajo de investigación utiliza la metodología cualitativa bajo una perspectiva de los sistemas adaptativos complejos que permita comprender de manera sistemática las interdependencias entre la resiliencia, la inteligencia colectiva y la ambidestreza.
