Efecto de la adaptación y la anticipación del futuro, en un proceso de cambio organizacional en empresas comerciales de la ZMG

Resumen


Este trabajo estudia el efecto que tienen la adaptación, y anticiparse al futuro y sus cambios en un proceso de cambio organizacional. Dado que tanto la adaptación, como anticiparse al futuro y sus cambios, son factores que afectan significativamente un proceso de cambio de cultura organizacional. Esta investigación busca identificar los factores que intervienen en la implantación de un cambio organizacional en empresas comerciales ubicadas en la Zona Metropolitana de Guadalajara (ZMG). Los resultados de esta investigación pueden ser de utilidad para comprender mejor un proceso de cambio organizacional. Como parte de esta investigación se aplicó un cuestionario a 78 personas, que forman parte de 78 distintas micro (19), pequeñas (28) y medianas (31) empresas comerciales; ubicadas en la ZMG, cuyas organizaciones pasaron por un proceso de cambio organizacional.
