La Influencia de las Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en la Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro en la Competitividad de la Pyme manufacturera: Un estudio empírico.

Resumen

En los resultados del presente trabajo de investigación se muestra claramente que en la Pequeña ymediana empresa del sector manufacturero, el integrar en la gestión de la cadena de suministro (GCS), herramientas clave como las tecnologías de la información y comunicación (TIC’s), permite que este tipo de organizaciones tengan una mayor competitividad. Al tener una importante influencia de la integración tecnológica en las actividades operativas del suministro de los recursos, permite que las empresas tengan mayor seguridad de cumplir con los objetivos y compromisos que se tengan con el cliente.
