La influencia de la calidad y gestión de la cadena de suministro en el desempeño de procesos productivos de la Pyme manufacturera

Resumen


Actualmente en los Procesos Productivos, la integración de sistemas de Calidad, así como de Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro en la Pyme manufacturera, los empresarios, requieren dimensionar el desempeño de sus empresas. La población es de 442 Pyme manufacturera, la muestra electa estratificada es de 120 organizaciones. La investigación es transversal, trabajo empírico durante el periodo marzo-abril de 2018, no experimental, tipo descriptivo y correlacional. El enfoque del estudio es cuantitativo. El instrumento tipo encuesta fue contestado por los gerentes. Los resultados muestran que tanto la Calidad como la GCS tienen una influencia significativa en la Procesos Productivos lo que a su vez impacta en el desempeño de la Pyme manufacturera. Por ello, los gerentes requieren mejorar la dirección de sus estrategias en el control de calidad, eficientar la Gestion de la Cadena de Suministro, mejorar el control de los procesos producticos y mejorar el
rendimiento de las empresas.
