Medición de las Capacidades Dinámicas de Orden Superior de las empresas en tiempos de crisis y su relación con el Desempeño Organizacional

Resumen

Con el objetivo de medir las Capacidades de Orden Superior en las Organizaciones en tiempos de crisis (Escenario post pandemia) y su relación con el Desempeño Organizacional, se diseñó un estudio empírico de tipo cuantitativo transversal de alcance descriptivo. Los resultados indican la presencia de Transformación la cual se relaciona lineal y positivamente con el Desempeño Organizacional. La aportación es la evidencia de que la perspectiva de Capacidades Dinámicas es un marco teórico que explica cómo las organizaciones crean o mantienen sus ventajas competitivas y su relación positiva con el Desempeño organizacional. La originalidad está en la operacionalización de los conceptos con apego al tratamiento jerárquico. La principal limitación del estudio es que los resultados son descriptivos, no vinculantes.
