Resumen

Esta investigación explora el cambio organizacional tomando el enfoque de la corriente de estudio de la Cultura Organizacional. Este documento pretende encontrar más información sobre la relación existente entre la Cultura Organizacional y un Cambio Organizacional. Debido a lo cual, este trabajo tiene como objetivo: establecer qué factores correspondientes a la cultura organizacional influyeron en un proceso de Cambio Organizacional en firmas empresariales del sector comercio del AMG.

Los hallazgos que se consigan pueden contribuir a tener una mejor comprensión de cómo se lleva a cabo un procedimiento de cambio organizacional. Asimismo, cabe mencionar que, para poder efectuar tal trabajo de investigación, se decidió administrar un instrumento de estudio, que fue aplicado entre los empleados de aquellas organizaciones que fueron examinadas para el presente estudio debido a que fueron parte de un proceso de cambio organizacional, determinando que dicho instrumento fuese un cuestionario de preguntas cerradas.
