Resumen

En la actualidad, la logística se presenta como una herramienta de marketing con un futuro prometedor para que las empresas logren mayores ventajas competitivas en un mercado cada vez más globalizado. Sin embargo, todavía existe un elevado grado de desconocimiento sobre los efectos que la flexibilidad de la logística tiene en la competitividad. Por este motivo, el objetivo del presente trabajo es profundizar en el estudio de los factores de la flexibilidad de la logística y el impacto que ésta ejerce en la competitividad. Para realizar este análisis, en primer lugar, se efectúa una revisión de la literatura sobre la flexibilidad de la logística y la competitividad.
