LA RELACIÓN DE LA INNOVACIÓN DE PROCESOS Y EL RENDIMIENTO EMPRESARIAL DE LAS MIPYMES INDUSTRIALES DE GUANAJUATO

Resumen

Como resultado de la globalización y de la alta competencia que ha marcado el entorno, así como la mayor exigencia por parte de los clientes, las empresas han tenido la necesidad de replantear sus estrategias a fin de mejorar su rendimiento empresarial. En este sentido, la innovación de procesos como estrategia empresarial permite a las organizaciones mejorar la eficiencia, productividad, flexibilidad y calidad de sus operaciones viéndose reflejado en un mayor nivel de rendimiento empresarial. Es por ello que al analizar la relación que existe entre la innovación de procesos con el rendimiento empresarial de las Micro, Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (MiPymes) industriales de Guanajuato, los resultados obtenidos en nuestro estudio a través de la Modelización de Ecuaciones Estructurales (SEM), demuestran que existe suficiente evidencia empírica que indica que la innovación en procesos está altamente relacionada de manera positiva y significativa con el rendimiento empresarial de las MiPymes de Guanajuato.
