Abstract

El objeto de estudio fue identificar los principales factores institucionales del país y de la empresa y su relación matemáticas al incorporar deuda, al formar la estructura de capital de la industria electrónica en Jalisco; y sus discrepancias con los sectores del servicio, comercio, transformación, construcción y telecomunicaciones por el periodo 2000-2007. 
Los datos financieros, ordenados, graficados y analizados, se utilizaron para alimentar el programa E-Views versión 4.1. La deuda a largo plazo fue la variable dependiente.
