Abstract

En un mercado cambiante, globalizado y competitivo, como en el que se desarrollan actualmente las organizaciones, los procesos de producción juegan un papel esencial en el desarrollo de estrategias empresariales que permitan a las organizaciones incrementar su competitividad. Asimismo, el rápido desarrollo de la tecnología está obligando a las empresas a mejorar la automatización, la confiabilidad y el control administrativo de los procesos de producción mediante la introducción de nueva tecnología con el afán de mejorar su posición competitiva
