Abstract

Las Comunicaciones Unificadas (UC) son un conjunto integrado de comunicaciones de voz, datos y video donde converge la telefonía con aplicaciones de mensajería y colaboración que buscan la mejora de los procesos de trabajo y la productividad de los empleados. Los efectos de las UC se engloban en dos categorías: reducción de costos e incremento de la productividad. El objetivo es el desarrollo de un marco de trabajo que permita la evaluación integral del valor de las comunicaciones unificadas y su alineamiento estratégico en una empresa del sector servicios utilizando la metodología cualitativa a través del estudio de caso de una empresa del sector servicios que se dedica a la venta e implementación de soluciones de comunicaciones unificadas.
