Resumen

La imagen de una corporación no es creada solamente por la compañía (Sandoval, 2015), sino que
esta relacionada a las señales que una empresa transmite a los interesados, que a su vez, a través de
esto obtiene un posicionamiento en el mercado; por ello, es importante que las organizaciones desde
sus inicios se centren en la construcción de una imagen corporativa responsable, ya que la imagen
corporativa no es más que una extensión de la propia marca, es una exposición interna y externa de
la propia organización, es decir, es una evaluación de un todo, refleja las acciones, actividades, logros,
creencias, etc., tanto de la empresa como de todos los involucrados en la misma, por lo tanto, la
imagen es todo aquello que la empresa suele utilizar para presentarse de una manera correcta ante el
entorno donde se localiza; la presente investigación tuvo como objetivo analizar los elementos de la
imagen organizacional (IMO) y su relación con la Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC).
