Resumen

En el intento de comprender la competitividad en las organizaciones basada en la innovación, las competencias para la innovación juegan un papel fundamental. Las economías occidentales consideran a la innovación como una fuerza de crecimiento económico y de ventaja competitiva internacional. El presente trabajo hace una revisión de la literatura sobre competencias para la innovación, encontrando que no existe una convergencia clara en la definición de un conjunto de competencias fundamentales para la innovación, por lo que la solución es definir grupos de competencias conceptualizadas como competencias complejas.
