Resumen

En esta investigación se presentan los resultados del objetivo: Gestión del conocimiento como generadora de competitividad en el desempeño de PyMe’s Jaliscienses en relación a la Macro Variable  intercambio y flujo de la información dentro de la organización. El estudio se realizo en base a 120 empresas jaliscienses tras la aplicación de un Instrumento adaptado de Li-Yueh Chen (2004, 2006).
