El liderazgo en las empresas para la obtención de ventaja competitiva en pymes turísticas del sur de Tamaulipas

Abstract

El liderazgo es un tema ampliamente estudiado a nivel mundial, su influencia se denota en la competitividad, productividad, eficiencia, comportamiento de los empleados, en suma, en la manera en que se administra una organización. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar el nivel de impacto del inventario de prácticas de liderazgo propuestas por Kouzes y Posner en la ventaja competitiva (precio y calidad) en las Pequeñas y Medianas Empresas (PYMES) del sector turístico en el Sur de Tamaulipas, utilizando para ello el método de regresión múltiple. Los resultados muestran que la calidad es la única que recibe influencia por parte de la forma de conducción por parte del líder, en especial en la forma de cómo el líder toma riesgos, en el involucramiento en el futuro a los empleados y considerando las opiniones de los subalternos.
