Resumen

La globalización de la economía y la influencia de Internet en la sociedad de la información y el conocimiento, ha provocado enormes cambios en todo tipo de organizaciones, incluidos los gobiernos en sus diversos niveles, por tal motivo, el objetivo de esta investigación es analizar la relación del Contenido de la información y la Confiabilidad de la disponibilidad de un sitio Web, en este caso el SAT (México) y su impacto en la Confianza de usar y seguir usándolo. Para alcanzar la meta, se realiza un trabajo de campo en la zona centro del estado mexicano de Tamaulipas y por medio de la aplicación de un cuestionario y el análisis de regresión lineal, se determina, que el Contenido y la Confiabilidad son dos factores importantes en la Confianza y un medio para alcanzar el éxito en el gobierno electrónico.
