La innovación organizativa y la mediación de la gestión del conocimiento

Abstract

El efecto de los recursos organizacionales en la innovación tecnológica ha sido ampliamente estudiado. No obstante, el efecto de éstos en la innovación organizativa es tema que aún requiere de mayor escrutinio. En esta investigación se sugiere que la cultura centrada en el conocimiento y la interacción social son factores (recursos) que afectan a la innovación organizativa, pero que tal efecto es mediado por la gestión del conocimiento. Los resultados de la prueba empírica, misma que se lleva a cabo con una muestra de hospitales públicos mexicanos, soportan las hipótesis planteadas en esta investigación.
