Resumen

El propósito de esta investigación es determinar la relación entre la competitividad y la responsabilidad social corporativa en las Pymes de Guadalajara del rubro manufacturero. Se ha propuesto un enfoque cuantitativo, basado en la aplicación de cuestionarios a gerentes y administradores de la industria manufacturera, e interpretado mediante un Análisis Factorial Confirmatorio (AFC). En México, el sector manufacturero mexicano ha venido presentando tasas de crecimiento variables; por lo tanto, es importante desarrollar estrategias que permiten a las empresas para mantener su estabilidad con el fin de proveer las condiciones apropiadas para subsistir y desarrollarse.
