La relación entre las competencias de producción y la competitividad de la PYME en Aguascalientes: una evidencia empírica

Resumen

Para la Pequeña y mediana empresa en la actualidad, la Competencia de Producción en especial en las empresas de manufactura, muestran mediante estudios empíricos que para el desempeño optimo en los negocios y de su desarrollo empresarial, se debe considerar que su capacidad de fabricación, el aprovechamiento de su infraestructura, la complejidad de sus productos, así como la complejidad de sus procesos, en un mercado cada vez más exigente como en el que se desarrollan actualmente las organizaciones, deben ser más competitivas. Por ello, en este trabajo de investigación utilizando una muestra de 234 Pymes del sector de Manufactura de 5 a 250 trabajadores tuvo como objetivo esencial analizar los efectos de las competencias de producción en los niveles de competitividad de la empresa
