La Mecánica Industrial: Una Estrategia Clave para la Competitividad de la Pyme Industrial en Aguascalientes.

Resumen

Actualmente para la Pyme Industrial, es importante tener resultados competitivos al tener sus equipos e infraestructura en buenas condiciones evitando al máximo tener fallas en los procesos internos, y para ello, la mecánica industrial permite que a través de sus técnicas y aplicaciones, tener la seguridad de contar con actividades operativas confiables para ofrecer a los clientes productos de excelente calidad en los tiempos y cantidades que se requiera. Es por ello, que el presente trabajo de investigación se llevó a cabo con una muestra de 120 Pymes industriales aplicando un instrumento de evaluación dirigido a los gerentes en un periodo entre septiembre y noviembre del 2011 con la finalidad de analizar si  la mecánica industrial permite a las empresas ser elemento clave para su competitividad en el mercado.
