La adopción de las actividades de innovación en las pymes de Aguascalientes

Resumen

La incertidumbre que impera en los negocios aunado al elevado nivel de competitividad que demanda un mercado cada vez más globalizado, está ocasionado que las organizaciones, primordialmente las pequeñas y medianas empresas, tengan que reorientar sus estrategias empresariales para adecuarlas a los cambios que demanda el mercado, o bien adoptar e implementar nuevas estrategias que faciliten la permanencia en el mercado. Así, la innovación está siendo considerada por un número cada vez mayor de empresas como una estrategia que puede incrementar el nivel de competitividad de las organizaciones de manera significativa. Sin embargo, los resultados obtenidos en este trabajo de investigación indican que las pequeñas y medianas empresas de Aguascalientes, no realizan de manera frecuente actividades de innovación como parte de sus actividades cotidianas no como una estrategia empresarial.
