Abstract

Las tecnologías de información siguen avanzando vertiginosamente, las actividades
gubernamentales no quedan fuera de este contexto, por tal motivo, el objetivo de esta investigación
es determinar el impacto de la calidad de la información y de los servicios prestados en la confianza
de los usuarios (contribuyente) del Website recaudador de impuestos en México. Para alcanzar la
meta, se lleva a cabo la revisión de la literatura y se aplica un cuestionario a 78 personas y el
análisis de regresión lineal con SPSS versión 21. El principal resultado indica que la calidad de la
información (relevante, precisa, oportuna, confiable, útil y actualizada) influye significativamente
en la confianza del contribuyente en los procesos electrónicos del Gobierno (seguridad en el manejo
de información y privacidad en los datos personales).
