Los efectos del capital intelectual y la innovación en la competitividad. Análisis de la industria restaurantera en la Zona Metropolitana De Guadalajara

Resumen

La presente investigación analiza las variables relacionadas con la innovación y el capital intelectual en la industria restaurantera como factores que ayudan a desarrollar su competitividad. Para ello, se propuso un análisis cuantitativo que consistió en modelos de regresión. La información se obtuvo a partir de la realización de 250 encuestas que fueron aplicadas a administradores y propietarios de restaurantes en la zona metropolitana de Guadalajara. Para ello, se estructuro un cuestionario de 163 reactivos que contemplaban ocho variables: Capital intelectual, Competitividad, CRM, Gestión del Conocimiento, Innovación Tecnológica, Mercadotecnia, Posicionamiento Estratégico y Responsabilidad Social.
