“Benchmarking y avances tecnológicos: Gestión del Cambio Organizacional”

Resumen

Este estudio explora el impacto del Benchmarking y los avances tecnológicos en un cambio organizacional, ya que tanto el Benchmarking como los avances tecnológicos, son elementos que tienen una injerencia notoria en el desempeño de las compañías. Así pues, el objetivo de este escrito es identificar qué factores referentes al Benchmarking y los avances Tecnológícos repercutieron en un Cambio Organizacional en negocios MIPYMES mercantiles del Área Metropolitana de la ciudad de Guadalajara (AMG). Para poder realizar este trabajo, se decidió valerse de un cuestionario de preguntas estructuradas como herramienta de indagación, interrogando a los integrantes de los comercios que tuvieron un cambio organizacional. Habiendo sido parte de ese proceso de cambio organizacional los individuos entrevistados. Los hallazgos reflejan que el Benchmarking y los avances tecnológicos favorecen la implantación del cambio organizacional. mercantiles
