Influencia del conocimiento en la intención emprendedora de estudiantes universitarios: Caso Universidad de Guadalajara-CUCEA

Resumen

Este trabajo presenta un modelo para medir la capacidad explicativa de los elementos e indicadores de conocimiento sobre la intención emprendedora de estudiantes universitarios en el CUCEA de la Universidad de Guadalajara, México. Una vez definidos los indicadores y variables con los que comúnmente se refiere al conocimiento en la literatura, se realiza una construcción de escalas y su respectiva validación mediante un Análisis Factorial Exploratorio para, posteriormente, emplear un modelo de regresiones lineales para responder las hipótesis de investigación. Los resultados son significativos y demuestran que los tres elementos del conocimiento (educación, información y experiencia) tienen un impacto positivo en la explicación de la intención emprendedora de la muestra. La diferencia de la capacidad explicativa, y la interpretación de los resultados, ofrecen la posibilidad de realizar conclusiones y proponer estrategias que puedan derivar en el diseño de políticas educativas para fortalecer el desarrollo de actitudes e intenciones emprendedoras en CUCEA.
