Factores Psicosociales que influyen en el estrés laboral del personal docente de la UANL

Abstract

El propósito de esta investigación es el de determinar si los factores psicosociales como las recompensas económicas y recompensas de estima o la inseguridad laboral influyen de manera significativa sobre el estrés laboral en los docentes de la Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León. Por lo que se hizo una investigación cuantitativa, utilizando un cuestionario que fue enviado a los profesores de las 26 facultades la UANL que contaran con perfil PRODEP. Usando un análisis de regresión múltiple se encontró que las recompensas de estima fue la única variable que influyen negativamente sobre el estrés laboral de los docentes. Mostrando que se requiere hacer políticas que incentiven este tipo de recompensas necesarios para los docentes universitarios.
