ISO 9000:2015. Valor estratégico y retos para su implementación

Abstract

Este articulo examina desde un punto de vista crítico la evolución que ha tenido las normas de gestión de calidad ISO 9001 desde su primera aparición en 1987 hasta la más reciente actualización en el año 2015, el valor estratégico reportado por diferentes estudios respecto al impacto que tiene en los resultados del negocio y las implicaciones para las organizaciones que hoy día están en la dinámica de actualizar su sistema de gestión de calidad actual ISO:2008 o bien iniciando su proceso hacia la certificación en ISO 9000:2015. Un valor agregado de esta investigación es el ofrecer una panorámica clara soportada por fundamentos teóricos y opiniones de expertos bajo la metodología open target focus group para conocer los retos y beneficios en la implantación del sistema actual ISO 9000:2015.
