Proyectos de eco-eficiencia en pequeñas y medianas empresas: fuente de ventaja competitividad

Resumen

Los proyectos de eco-eficiencia son el conjunto de acciones que adoptan las empresas por el grado de compromiso que asumen con el cuidado del medio ambiente para minimizar sus impactos al medio ambiente mediante la optimización de sus procesos y el desarrollo de nuevos productos y servicios que garantizan la conservación de los recursos naturales y el paisajismo. Bajo esta consideración se analizaron los reportes técnicos de 1532 empresas que participan en el programa de Liderazgo Ambiental para la Competitividad (LAC) que coordina la Secretaría de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales (SEMARNAT). De los resultados del análisis se observa que cuidar el ambiente es negocio por los beneficios que conlleva una producción más limpia.
