Estrés laboral en una empresa de servicio público de la industria eléctrica en México

Resumen

Mediante  ecuaciones estructurales (Amos,  16), fue valorado un modelo teórico, modificado. La muestra de 416 trabajadores de una empresa  mexicana, pública,  distribuidora y comercializadora de electricidad,  respondió a un cuestionario validado a través de análisis factorial y confiabilidad interna.   Factores de riesgo fueron medidos, así como recursos para hacer frente al estrés ocupacional. Se encontró relación negativa entre los Recursos de  afrontamiento y las situaciones  del ambiente Laboral que movilizaron reacciones de  estrés, por lo que el modelo aplicado resultó aceptable (χ 2 =87.77, gl=40, p=.000, χ 2 /gl= 2.19), aceptándose Ha (RMSEA=.05, índices de comparación CFI=0.94 y NFI=.90). Los resultados enfatizaron la importancia de que en la empresa estudiada gestione  programas para reducir el estrés.
