Validación de cuestionario para medir estrés laboral, recursos de soporte y demandas del ambiente laboral

Resumen

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar un instrumento de medición de estrés laboral, demandas laborales y recursos de soporte. Este estudio exploratorio fue realizado con una muestra de 104 trabajadores de Comisión Federal de Electricidad, Zona Hermosillo; con una cota de error de 0.11 y nivel de confianza del 95%. Para medir estrés laboral se usaron 29 items, para medir demandas laborales 28 items y para medir recursos de soporte se emplearon 31 items. El procedimiento para la selección de ítems incluyó análisis factorial y análisis de fiabilidad usando el alfa de Cronbach.
