Hacia la construcción de una propuesta del campo de conocimiento de la gestión estratégica.

Resumen

Este trabajo presenta una propuesta sobre el campo del conocimiento de la gestión estratégica, en tal sentido, la estructura que se desarrolla es la siguiente: se abordan tres metaconceptos (Organización-Estrategia - Gestión Estratégica). Luego, se establecen planteamientos sobre la finalidad de la gestión estratégica, para pasar a la definición del objeto de estudio. Posteriormente, se indican las teorías que subyacen a la propuesta de campo de conocimiento, y después se realiza una breve discusión sobre el paradigma a tener en cuenta en la gestión estratégica: de la creación de valor a la captura de valor. En la parte final, se establecen dos líneas de profundización, las cuales combinan, por un lado, una teoría que es propia del campo de la administración (teoría organizacional), y por el otro, una perspectiva psicológica que realza el rol de la mente del estratega en la gestión estratégica.
