Resumen

La finalidad de la investigación es conocer, describir y analizar los requisitos que las grandes empresas del subsector automotriz y de autopartes  piden se cumplan cuando una Pequeña o Mediana Empresa (PYMES) desea ingresar a su cadena de suministros. Se busca destacar la importancia y relevancia del Modelo de Gestión de Calidad (MGC) en dicho proceso de selección. Uno de los principales factores que dificulta el ingreso a la cadena de suministros de las grandes empresas es el factor calidad, que bien puede ser abordado desde el MGC a usar por las PYMES.
