EL DESARROLLO PROFESIONAL DE LOS PROFESORES DE LA UANL EN FUNCIÓN DE LA PERSONALIDAD, LIDERAZGO, MOTIVACIÓN Y COMPETENCIAS

Resumen

El desarrollo profesional para Gartia (2012), es la idea que las personas buscan la mejora continua en sus habilidades profesionales y conocimientos, más allá de la formación básica requerida inicialmente. De acuerdo a Pia (2011), son los trabajadores mismos responsables en la actualización de sus competencias; del continuo mejoramiento de sus habilidades y conocimientos en razón que su desarrollo requiere la formación continua. Las organizaciones invierten en la mejoría de sus trabajadores, habilitándolos con mayores conocimientos y lograr mayor aportación de ellos en la organización. (Enache, 2012). Esta investigación analiza el desarrollo profesional de los profesores de la UANL. En función de la personalidad, el liderazgo transformacional, la motivación en términos de la justicia distributiva y las competencias. Se procesó la información via ecuaciones estructurales de 98 casos, calculando las correlaciones entre la variable dependiente con las independientes
