Resumen

La industria de la movilidad ha sufrido cambios significativos impulsados por la digitalización y nuevos modelos de negocio. Este estudio examina cómo cuatro fabricantes de automóviles están adoptando la movilidad como servicio en la Cadena de Valor Global. La digitalización ha transformado los modelos de negocio y las interacciones con nuevos actores. Las empresas han integrado todos los aspectos de este modelo, destacándose en el uso de marketplaces digitales y servicios de conectividad. La gestión de datos se ha vuelto fundamental, complicando las relaciones en la cadena de valor y elevando la relevancia de los proveedores tecnológicos. Este cambio ha nivelado el poder de decisión en la cadena. La investigación resalta la necesidad de inversiones en estas tecnologías en los países con industria automotriz, favoreciendo un mayor poder de decisión y creación de empleos de alta calidad.
