La Relación entre la Innovación de Productos y el Rendimiento en las Pymes Mexicanas

Resumen

El elevado nivel de competitividad que impera en la actualidad en los mercados regionales, nacionales e internacionales, acompañado de la incertidumbre en los negocios está generando cambios importantes en las estrategias empresariales de las organizaciones, sean estas grandes o pequeñas empresas, con el afán de lograr mejores niveles de rendimiento empresarial. Así, dentro de las múltiples estrategias empresariales publicadas en la literatura, la innovación en productos aparece como una de las estrategias que más están adoptando e implementando las empresas, especialmente las pequeñas y medianas (Pymes), para lograr mejores nivele de rendimiento empresarial. Los resultados obtenidos del presente estudio empírico aportan suficiente evidencia que demuestra que la innovación en productos tiene una relación positiva y significativa en el rendimiento empresarial de las Pymes de Aguascalientes.
