Resumen

El proyecto de investigación aborda la caracterización de la orientación emprendedora de los directivos de la empresa micro, pequeña y mediana en el estado de Querétaro, de acuerdo a características personales del empresario y organizacionales. Los resultados preliminares arrojan que la innovación depende del grado de educación del empresario, del tamaño de la organización y de la proactividad de la empresa. Se recopilaron 294 cuestionarios aplicados a micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas manufactureras del estado Querétaro, la información fue levantada en el 2009.  La recolección de datos se realizó a través de eventos en los que los empresarios participan (CANACINTRA, USEM, COPARMEX, AMIQRO, etc.) o bien en reuniones donde son citados por el gobierno estatal.
