Las agencias de viaje y sus conexiones temáticas de investigación: una revisión sistemática de la literatura.

Resumen

El presente trabajo, tiene por objetivo realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre lacalidad y satisfacción dentro del sector de las agencias de viajes, para conocer la evolución del tema, desde 1967 hasta 2023; del mismo modo, describir cuál es el status de la producción literaria en México, para comprender con que otros campos se relaciona esta rama del turismo. La
metodología alude a una investigación documental, mediante una revisión de la literatura, utilizando un análisis bibliométrico para la interpretación.
Los resultados revelan que, en México, la producción científica relacionada al tema, es escasa, y por tanto cuenta con pocas redes de colaboración. Finalmente, se alude que, las OTA’s, el e comerce y la calidad son temas motores dentro de esta rama, resaltando la importancia de ampliar los horizontes colaborativos en la investigación, sobre temas emergentes, pues en un contexto tan
globalizado, la resiliencia hace frente a la competitividad.
