Transformación digital en la educación superior como dinámica de competitividad; un análisis bibliométrico

Resumen

La transformación digital está redefiniendo la enseñanza, especialmente tras la pandemia de Covid-19, adaptándose a las nuevas demandas de aprendizaje. Las Instituciones de Educación Superior (IES) reconocen la necesidad de mejorar la experiencia educativa mediante la actualización de cursos, materiales didácticos, proyectos educativos y la formación estudiantil. Este artículo analiza bibliométricamente la transformación digital en la educación superior, explorando tendencias globales de investigación y tecnologías emergentes adoptadas por las IES, así como el impacto de estas tecnologías en la gestión de proyectos educativos. Se realizó una búsqueda en las bases de datos Scopus y Web of Science (WOS) entre 2013 y 2023, utilizando el aplicativo Biblioshiny de R-studio para analizar los mapas científicos del software R. Los resultados muestran una significativa contribución de China al conocimiento científico, destacando al autor Wang Y. como influyente. Sin embargo, la implementación de la transformación digital enfrenta desafíos en países latinoamericanos.
