Factores del éxito empresarial dentro de las incubadoras de negocio, validación del instrumento de investigación

La importancia que ha estado teniendo el desarrollo de Emprendimientos en las Incubadoras ha originado que se realice esta investigación. En su primera etapa consiste en la revisión teórica de los factores que le dan una ventaja competitiva a los emprendedores en el Éxito empresarial tales como: el Coaching, Vinculación Empresarial, Redes sociales digitales y el Perfil del emprendedor. Por lo que, se presenta la justificación teórica de estos factores y la construcción y validación del instrumento. Se realizó un cuestionario de 51 preguntas y para probar la confiabilidad del mismo se aplicó a 30 sujetos de estudio. Utilizando el SPSS se validó el instrumento con los factores Alfa de Cronbach que muestran valores confiables entre .700 y .900 y se obtuvo un cuestionario final con 46 preguntas. Este trabajo brinda una aportación teórica y metodológica para apoyar al éxito empresarial.
